Revamped onboarding/offboarding processes using lean A3 process, leading to a 22.5% increase in satisfaction and 33% increase in efficiency. Completed 15+ different integrations between Okta, ,Jamf, Slack and various other third party apps. Sometimes included some scripting, always included lots of head banging against the keyboard. Proudly established templates and processes for documentation, project/asset management, and performance capture to increase efficiency in all aspects.
